Message If you have rubber bushings, that bolt needs to be torqued while the car is resting on the ground at normal ride height. Otherwise you'll preload the bushing and it will wear out quickly. You can lower the car onto some 2x10's if you need a little more room.

Reach underneath and put a 6pt box end wrench on the rear-facing head (don't remember if that's the nut or the bolt head). Place the wrench so that it will hold while you tighten the other side. Then use a 3 foot extension on your torque wrench and torque from the front of the car.

I also prefer to tighten the nut while holding the bolt, but it's not always possible. And I don't think a crow's foot would be strong enough for the job anyways.
